Certificate Requirements
The Certificate in Security Studies program was designed to be an add-on for students taking a different Master program, but it can also be taken as a standalone postgraduate academic program and qualification. The Certificate can be completed within a year and it consists of two core courses and three elective courses from a list of electives. Students completing the Certificate can also elect to switch to the MSSS programs and all the credits received in the Certificate will be counted towards the completion of the MSSS.
